Pour faciliter les tests en cours ou en préparation : l’ER aurait besoin d’une heure de chauffe après avoir été débranché pour donner tout son potentiel, d’après les retours sur le forum US.
Been my experience to date, at least with the eR, but have also found it true with other devices I've used, that removing power and then reconnecting power seems to have the effect of altering the workings of the device under test. It just seems to take a bit of time, usually 1/2-1 hour to get everything stable again. And that has an impact on SQ to one degree or another. No clear idea why.

Its because the crystal oscillator in the clock has to come back up to temperature and stabiliize. When you disconnect power, it cools down. This is a key requirement for crystall oscillators to provide a maximal functional response.
Also, crystal oscillators are VERY sensitive to vibration so they benefit from mechanical decoupling from the surface, rack or cabinet they are on. I use Herbie's Tenderfeet under mine to good effect, removes some haze and and improves image "focus".
(La fin parle d’autre chose, mais vu qu’on aime se compliquer la vie...)
