Recherche bon DAC pas chère !

Hello ,,  I am starting in this world I want to buy basic equipment and not very expensive to start. I will buy a dt I still hesitate between the 770 and the 990, in 80 ohms. And I would like a DAC so as not to restrict the quality of the headphones. I have a budget of 150 to 200 €. And I will buy an amp afterwards. 

For the moment I saw the scarlette 2i2 but I did not understand if it is a dac or opted for recording. Or everyone is talking about the Fiio e10k.
