First of all, please accept my sincere apologies of the couple of mishaps that our French customers had experienced.
I must emphasis that the failure rate of our products are low. Let's imagine, we cannot survive until today if the products sold by us has high failure rate. The freight cost and repair cost would have make us out of the pocket and probably had closed down.
We have a set of stringent guidelines to the manufactures to ensure all products leave the factory are thoroughly checked by qualified QAQC. We ship by worldbest courier DHL/UPS with double boxes and extra shock absorption foam protection, to reduce the risk of damage due to long distance shipment.
Even with these precautions, we do not optimistically think that there is no failure. It's electronic products, there bound to be failure.
More importantly, it's crucial to know what company and who you're dealing with when investing your hard earn money.
On the bright side, statistically speaking, the failure rate of our products is less than 2%.
We are committed to our customers and make ourselves available at your disposal, all time.
I always believe: Happy Customer = Happy Business. I'm a hobbyist like you, who just want to have reliable equipment that make the music sing beautifully.
