Ok,j’ai fait mais elle ne trouve rien.Le support Aurender m’a répondu,j’ai fait une photo de l’écran après avoir fait la manipulation demandée pour ,d’après ce que j’ai compris,une intervention des ingénieurs Aurender.J’attends et j’espère....À suivre......

Bonjour,
Je suis dans l’Essonne.
Mauvaises nouvelles en fait,situation bloquée avec le support en ligne en anglais,il me demande un accès à un écran remote sur l’afficheur du 100h que j’ai trouvé grâce à leurs explications précises,photos a l’appuie,mais pas suffisant pour eux,un second écran avec d’autres informations devrait apparaître ensuite 
,mais impossible je ne le trouve pas!
J’ai pris contact avec l’importateur Français,et je dois l’emporter la semaine prochaine.

C’est ensuite que je ne trouve pas l’autre écran,malgré les manipulations expliquées,cet écran n’apparaît pas sur mon Aurender !

La procédure pour le premier écran
Shut down the Aurender and make sure the back panel switch is off.
Press the front power button and hold it.
While holding the front power button, turn on the back panel power switch.
As soon as the display turns on, release the front panel power button.
When the display shows the "aurender recovery" message, scroll to the REMOTE SUPPORT option using the skip forward button.
Once "Remote support" is highlighted, press the play button to start remote support.
Take a picture of the screen and send it to us.

Merci Naghal,avec l’aide d’un traducteur je l’ai déjà fait,mais ça ne suffit pas!

Après avoir tourné un long moment L’écran affiche "fail 4/4"

Va falloir le renvoyer alors
Ils sont tres reactifs
Sur le mien l'ecran oled devenait blanc par moment...
Changé sous garantie en 10j
