Doc officielle Denon:
Résistance de charge recommandée : 100 Ω/ohms ou plus (sauf quand un transformateur est fourni).

maplatine.com (et d'autres):
et il vous faudra un préamplificateur phono ayant un réglage d’impédance supérieur à 100 Ohms
Charge recommandée : 100 Ohms minimum ou plus

donc si le mini possible est 47K tu peux mettre ça

pour la Capacitance (condensateur) tu mets 100 pf ou 0, tu choisiras en fonction de ce que te disent tes oreilles (pour l'impédance aussi d'ailleurs)
