Oui ça tourne et à force de persévérance j'ai peut-être trouvé une config qui semble fonctionner en mettant le driver Asio sur variablemax_lowest et avec un target latency à 5000msec. Je retenterai demain plus longtemps.

Mais @Le Dom a raison, c'est aussi les Jumbo Frames qui permettent un fonctionnement idéal. 

Le support Diretta m'a également répondu ça en complément :

"On Windows, DDS uses pcap, which introduces overhead.
Additionally, ASIO uses COM ports, so it runs within the player's process.
Therefore, its stability depends on the player's behavior.
HQPlayer's ASIO and ALSA outputs do not write to the buffer quickly enough, causing unstable operation.
I'm sorry, but under those conditions, it might be difficult to get DDS working properly."

Mon Target est un C19 sous GP, donc RPI4. Le MTU est limité mais il tourne néanmoins en mode 3.
