Audio-GD looks a bit "spartan", not very form factor friendly. The 2 dac's are both very good in its own area. Both have pro's and cons. I need more time to listen to the DAC, it certainly is very musical. Audio-GD is a different concept, even the Singularity R2R 19. Audio-GD is a little bit more crazy, 3 huge transformers in a DAC, fully discrete, only DALE resistors, etc... Everything is done to reach optimal sound quality "
