The long awaited premium DENAFRIPS HERMES DDC is here, almost! A new batch is in the production, we are looking to start shipping by the end Dec 2020/early Jan 2021.
 
DENAFRIPS DDC, Digital To Digital converter, offers excellent rejection to the digital signal jitter by means of proprietary reclocking and adaptive FIFO buffering the input digital signal, the resultant digital output signals are of ultra-low jitters, cleaned. The sonic improvements by adding the DDC in between the digital source and DAC are evident.

The HERMES DDC positioned itself in between the entry IRIS and flagship GAIA DDC. It is essentially a trickle down GAIA DDC with the similar input/output and features found in the GAIA DDC.
 
The HERMES DDC comes with:
 

• OCXO, lower specs than the GAIA, but still a one hell of a great Oven Controlled Crystal Oscillator 
  
• Machine milled aluminum front panel with metal sheet chassis (instead of full aluminum in the case for GAIA)
